Champlain Spine & Pain Management was founded with a simple mission: to bring an exceptional breadth of advanced pain therapies and clinical expertise to patients throughout Vermont, New York, Canada, and the Northeast.
Collectively, our physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants bring more than 60 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of spine, nerve, joint, and chronic pain conditions.
